1. UK: min. size: 10*15cm, max. size: 60*40*35cm

2. South Africa: min. size: 10*10cm, L+W+H ≤ 90cm, longest side ≤ 60cm;

3. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden: min. size: 10*20cm, max. size: 60*40*35cm;

4. Other countries: min. size: 10*15cm; max. size: 60*40*35cm

5. In principle, do not accept special-shaped parcels. To ship special-shaped parcels, additionally charge 150RMB/shipment

Take actual weight and volume weight of package whichever is larger (calculation method of volume weight: L*W*H cm/8,000=KG)

US: 50KG at least

Only accept general cargos and do not accept any branded products (subject to record on Customs Intellectual Property Protection, website: http://202.127.48.148/zscq/search/jsp/vBrandSearchIndex.jsp)

1. UK: do not accept cargos with declaration value exceeding 175USD. If declaration value reaches 20USD (including 20USD)~175USD, generated added-value tax will be charged as per 20% of declaration value

2. US: our company does not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 800USD. For the same recipient with same address, accumulative declaration value of cargos on the same day should not exceed 800USD

3. South Africa: cargo name and declaration value should be declared truthfully. Do not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 30USD

4. Other countries in Europe: do not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 163USD. If declaration value reaches 24USD (including 24USD)~163USD, generated added-value tax will be charged as per 25% of declaration value

1. This channel does not support return from abroad to HK.

2. This channel provides redelivery service:

①UK: provide redelivery service and redeliver within UK (limited to UK), standards are as below:

1) If parcel is returned due to own reasons of customer (e.g. recipient is not at home, recipient refuses to accept, address is wrong or incomplete), redelivery fee is charged as per 40RMB/shipment

2) If parcel is returned not due to own reasons of customer (e.g. label wear or packing damage during transportation), our company will redeliver free.

3) Redelivery deadline is 1 month. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 1 month after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 1 month.

②US: after the parcel is returned to overseas warehouse, customers can select redelivery within 15 days and redelivery fee is 30RMB/shipment. If it’s not redelivered, it will be automatically destroyed after 15 days

③Other countries in Europe: provide redelivery service and standards are as below:

1) If parcel is returned to overseas warehouse, it can be redelivered within the country and redelivery fee is 50RMB/shipment.

2) Redelivery deadline is 2 weeks. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 2 weeks after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 2 weeks.

2. Poland: only 4 cities accept packstation addresses: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow

Max. size and weight limit of Packstation: 60×40×35cm and 25KG

3. Do not provide service for affiliated islands
