Moreover, YunExpress cooperates with Japan Post to deliver small packages to customers in the last kilometer high efficiently by establishing a perfect delivery network in Japan.

  • Service Applicability

    Any branded products recorded on Customs Intellectual Property Protection are not accepted by Japan direct line logistics of YunExpress.

    Textile (such as gloves, scarfs, socks, clothing, hemp ropes, bibs, aprons, hammocks, seat cover for pets, cushions, tents, etc.), leather products (such as leather shoes, leather bags, leather clothes, etc.), plastic bags, educational toys, and educational utensils are not accepted by Japan direct line logistics.

  • Declaration Requirements

    The packages with a declared value exceeding 135USD are not allowed on the Japan direct line service of YunExpress.

  • Return Redelivery Service

    1.Redelivery service is available on Japan Direct Line Registration of YunExpress, but the return service from Japan to HK is not supported.

    2.YunExpress only redelivers the packages returned to the overseas warehouse to Japan with the redelivery fee of 40RMB/shipment.

    3.The redelivery service is valid for two weeks. The customer shall check and select the redelivery service within two weeks after being informed that the parcels are returned, otherwise the package will be deemed to be destroyed after two weeks.

    4.Delivery to FBA warehouse address, APO/FPO military address or Amazon address is not supported by Japan direct line logistics.
